Toner Cartridges Make Things EasierTechnology has made life easier, especially office life. Computers and their associated hardware have changed radically in the last quarter century. Toner cartridges have replaced messy ink ribbons and the newer toner cartridges are easier than ever to replace. The Aculaser Epson Laser Printer Toner Cartridge line is an example of the newer technology in ink cartridges that are now available. Epson is not the only color laser printer that has jumped on the easier-to-use cartridge band wagon. HP, Samsung, Oki, Ricoh, Brother, Konica and other color laser printer manufacturers also make cartridges that are easier to change than their earlier models. Refill kits are also available to keep some cartridges filled and ready to go. The refill packages have directions that are designed to make refilling your ink toner cartridges easy. However, there are others who find refilling does not suit them and would rather purchase new toner cartridges as needed. Several models of Epson laser printer toner cartridge, such as the CX11NF and C1100 are capable of producing as many as 4,000 printed pages. These are also known as monster cartridges. HP and other printers can also use extra large cartridges as well. When selecting a color laser printer, whether for a large office, a smaller office or even for a home office and personal use, cost of ink should be a major consideration in the buying process as well as versatility like whether the printer can also easily handle printing a laser label. The high cost of some toner cartridges can become prohibitive over time. Although almost all color laser printers work on the same principles, each uses cartridges designed just for them and are not interchangeable. Epson laser printer toner cartridges cannot be used in Samsungs, for example, or vice versa. Some companies will sell cartridges that can be used in various color laser printers that are not manufactured by the company that makes the printer. Most offices have reported that these cartridges don't last as long and do not provide the same level of quality in most printing jobs. When deciding on color laser printers, many factors need to be considered. Initial cost, repair availability, dependability record, speed, and quality should all be seriously weighed. Sources such as consumer reports can be helpful in eliminating some models and generating interest in others. Keep in mind operating costs as you begin to narrow down your choices. An Epson laser printer toner cartridge, especially those that are made to produce thousands of copies, are a real bargain while still providing quality images, whether in type, pictures or graphs.
